Trauma Sensitive Yoga Classes

These classes offer a gentle, inclusive space to reconnect with your body at your own pace. Through slow, choice-based movement, breathwork, and guided stillness, we support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and a way to befriend the body. No experience necessary—just a willingness to listen inward. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.

Yoga Nidra

Experience deep rest and inner stillness in a personalized Yoga Nidra session. This guided meditative practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, and reconnection with the inner self. Sessions are tailored to your needs—whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or gentle integration after trauma. Simply lie down, listen, and receive.
