Welcome to Sacred Lilith Yoga
A trauma-sensitive yoga space for reclamation, rest, and rooted embodiment
This is a space for anyone who has felt disconnected from their body.
For those who were told to stay small, stay quiet, or stay numb.
For those healing from trauma, grief, stress, or simply the pace of a world that rarely pauses.
At Sacred Lilith Yoga, we move slowly. We breathe with intention. We rest as a sacred act.
Rooted in the deep lineage of yoga and guided by the archetype of Lilith—a symbol of self-sovereignty and the wild feminine—this practice is not about performance.
It’s about presence.
Here, we honor the full spectrum of who you are.
Your body is welcome.
Your pace is respected.
You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to know Sanskrit.
You don’t have to prove anything to anyone—not even yourself.
You only have to arrive.
About Sacred Lilith Yoga

Our Mission
At Sacred Lilith Yoga, my mission is to offer trauma-sensitive, inclusive yoga practices that support nervous system regulation, deep embodiment, and personal reclamation. Grounded in yogic tradition and inspired by the fierce wisdom of Lilith, this is a space to move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the sacred truth of who you are.

About Jennifer Klower
Jennifer (she/her) is a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher who guides others home to their bodies through breath, movement, and stillness. At Sacred Lilith Yoga, she offers a gentle, grounded space to reclaim what trauma may have silenced—with care, choice, and deep respect for yoga’s roots.
Practice Philosophy
Embodiment | Empowerment | Respect for Yoga’s Roots
At Sacred Lilith Yoga, our practice is grounded in reverence, integrity, and reclamation.
We honor yoga not as a Western wellness trend, but as a sacred tradition rooted in ancient Indian philosophy and practice. We honor the lineage of teachers, cultures, and wisdom systems that have generously shared these teachings, and we are committed to practicing yoga in a way that is respectful, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive.
This space is not about perfection, flexibility, or performance—it’s about how it feels. It’s about presence, agency, and returning to yourself through body, breath, and awareness.
Lilith & Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
In this space, inspired by Lilith, we:
- Honor our no as much as our yes
- Pause to listen inward rather than push through
- Welcome the body back with tenderness, not demand
- Reclaim voice and agency through choice-based, invitational language
- Hold space for the sacred within the shadow—the parts of us long denied
This practice is for those who have been told they are too much—or not enough.
For those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unseen.
For anyone seeking a path back to their body on their own terms.
Lilith teaches us that embodiment is an act of courage.
To inhabit your body fully, to move at your own pace, to feel your breath and speak your truth—these are revolutionary acts in a world that often asks us to stay small or silent.
